One of the bravest things you can do is to explore your own patterns and notice the ways they do or do not serve you. Perhaps you find yourself repeatedly hitting the same wall in your relationship with yourself and with others. If anxiety is controlling your life or you feel disempowered in your daily existence, individual and family therapy can provide a pathway to healing. I commit to support you through anxiety counseling by helping you recognize your strengths and cultivate compassion through depth work. Together, we will nurture joy and presence in your life while learning to address and possibly resolve unhelpful feelings and patterns. I believe in creating space to be okay with our humanness while also staying accountable for telling ourselves the truth about our experiences. As a provider of comprehensive therapist services, I am here to guide you on this transformative journey.
I am a therapist offering individual and family therapy services that address issues such as anger, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, school behavior issues, confidence, and self-esteem. My approach is informed by my training in attachment lenses, mindfulness work, and somatic exploration. Additionally, I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the Circle of Security Parenting Reflection Program, motivational interviewing level 1, EMDR, and IFS. Through anxiety counseling and various therapeutic techniques, I strive to support my clients' emotional and behavioral well-being.
You look like you have it together—but underneath you’re exhausted from carrying so much. Your mind is always scanning, analyzing, and wondering what you’re doing wrong, even when everyone else thinks you’re doing everything right. I provide anxiety counseling for thoughtful, high-functioning individuals, helping them understand the deeper patterns beneath anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and relationship struggles. Together, we can stop the cycle of self-blame and start living from what you genuinely want—not what fear tells you you should want.
I am trained in circle of security, motivational interviewing, and EMDR, and I am currently in the process of being trained in Level 1 IFS work. If you’re looking for therapist services that utilize evidence-based practices while fostering connection through our shared human experience, I will be a good fit.
Curiosity and collaboration are the backbone of our work together in individual and family therapy.
At Jillian Martindale, LCSW, we are dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.
Sometimes we aren't in a place to do weekly therapy. This is where an intensive comes in. I offer private pay treatment that occurs in 3-5 hour increments and allows you space to process certain core beliefs or traumas over the course of 1-3 sessions.
We will identify the target of our work at the start of the intensive and then work to process the memory for about 2 hours.
Therapist intensives are offered at $150 an hour.
